Com o seu profissionalismo, rigor e esp\u00edrito de entreajuda, deixou uma marca forte na nossa equipa.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 O seu filho, Anibal Dias<\/strong> seguiu-lhe os passos. Com a mesma seriedade, mas j\u00e1 num contexto de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o industrial, soube crescer connosco e adaptar-se \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as. Representa a ponte entre o passado e o presente da nossa hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\uddf1 It all began with Mr. Dias (known as \u201cPai Dias\u201d), who joined the company at a time when processes were manual, paper was more artisanal, and machines were far less automated, but dedication was absolute. With professionalism, discipline, and a spirit of teamwork, he left a lasting impact on our team.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 His son, An\u00edbal Dias, followed in his footsteps. With the same commitment, but already in a context of industrial modernization, he grew with us and embraced the changes. He represents the bridge between our past and present.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udcbc And now, the grandson, Andr\u00e9, continues the path, bringing fresh knowledge, new tools, and the energy of a generation born into digital and high-performance industrial environments.<\/p>\n
