Ao celebrarmos os 75 anos da Ruy de Lacerda, revisitamos as ra\u00edzes que nos trouxeram at\u00e9 aqui e projetamos o caminho que queremos continuar a construir. Nestas conversas especiais, reunimos mem\u00f3rias, valores e ambi\u00e7\u00f5es \u2013 atrav\u00e9s do olhar do nosso fundador, Ruy de Lacerda, e da atual lideran\u00e7a da empresa.<\/p>\n

O in\u00edcio: uma vis\u00e3o pioneira<\/strong><\/p>\n

Em finais de 1949, Ruy de Lacerda deu os primeiros passos de uma empresa que nascia com uma ideia simples e poderosa: servir a ind\u00fastria com proximidade, confian\u00e7a e solu\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas verdadeiramente relevantes. Come\u00e7ou com poucos recursos, mas com um esp\u00edrito de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e compromisso que rapidamente se tornaram marcas da empresa.<\/p>\n
