Em 2025, celebramos com orgulho os 75 anos da Ruy de Lacerda<\/strong>. Fundada em 1950, a nossa empresa nasceu com uma vis\u00e3o clara: contribuir de forma respons\u00e1vel e inovadora para o desenvolvimento da ind\u00fastria em Portugal. Apenas um ano depois, em 1951, torn\u00e1mo-nos associados da Norquifar \u2013 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Importadores, Armazenistas e Retalhistas de Produtos Qu\u00edmicos e Farmac\u00eauticos<\/strong>. Desde ent\u00e3o, temos mantido uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o ininterrupta a esta associa\u00e7\u00e3o que tem sido um verdadeiro pilar do setor.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

A Norquifar, com ra\u00edzes no antigo Gr\u00e9mio dos Armazenistas de Drogas e Produtos Qu\u00edmicos e Farmac\u00eauticos dos anos 40, tem desempenhado ao longo das d\u00e9cadas um papel essencial na defesa dos interesses das empresas do setor qu\u00edmico e farmac\u00eautico. A sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o estende-se da representa\u00e7\u00e3o institucional junto de organismos nacionais e europeus, \u00e0 partilha de conhecimento t\u00e9cnico e legal, \u00e0 negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de conven\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas de trabalho e \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre empresas.<\/p>\n

Entre as mais-valias da associa\u00e7\u00e3o, destacamos o acompanhamento constante da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o nacional e europeia \u2013 com especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o a regulamentos como REACH e CLP \u2013, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes e atualizadas para os profissionais do setor, e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pontes entre os associados e entidades como a Ag\u00eancia Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA)<\/strong>, a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral das Atividades Econ\u00f3micas (DGAE)<\/strong>, a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Veterin\u00e1ria (DGAV)<\/strong> e a Ag\u00eancia Europeia de Produtos Qu\u00edmicos (ECHA).<\/p>\n

A representatividade e a for\u00e7a da Norquifar tamb\u00e9m se refletem na qualidade e diversidade das empresas que a integram. Entre os seus associados e membros dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais encontram-se empresas de refer\u00eancia portuguesas. Esta diversidade fortalece o conhecimento partilhado e garante que diferentes perspetivas e segmentos do setor est\u00e3o representados e valorizados.<\/p>\n

75 years of history, 74 years of association: our connection with Norquifar<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2025, we proudly celebrate the 75th anniversary of Ruy de Lacerda. Founded in 1950, our company was born with a clear vision: to contribute responsibly and innovatively to the development of industry in Portugal. Just one year later, in 1951, we became members of Norquifar \u2013 the National Association of Importers, Wholesalers and Retailers of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Products. Since then, we have maintained an uninterrupted connection with this association, which has been a true pillar of the sector.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Norquifar, with roots in the former Guild of Drug and Chemical and Pharmaceutical Products Wholesalers from the 1940s, has played a key role over the decades in defending the interests of companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. Its activities range from institutional representation before national and European bodies, to sharing technical and legal knowledge, negotiating collective labor agreements, and promoting cooperation between companies.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Among the many benefits of the association, we highlight the constant monitoring of national and European legislation \u2013 with particular attention to regulations such as REACH and CLP \u2013 the organization of relevant and up-to-date training for professionals in the sector, and the creation of bridges between members and entities such as the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA), the Directorate-General for Economic Activities (DGAE), the Directorate-General for Food and Veterinary (DGAV), and the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).<\/p>\n

Norquifar\u2019s representativeness and strength are also reflected in the quality and diversity of the companies that are part of it. Among its members and board representatives are leading Portuguese companies. This diversity strengthens the collective knowledge and ensures that different perspectives and segments of the industry are represented and valued.<\/p>\n

Being connected to Norquifar means being better prepared, better informed, and better represented. It means having access to a space where companies can join efforts and voices, share concerns, and build solutions together. As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we reaffirm the importance we place on association as a foundation for a stronger and more cohesive industry. The story of Ruy de Lacerda is also built with the right partners \u2013 and Norquifar is, without a doubt, one of them.<\/p>\n
