No \u00faltimo fim de semana, a Ruy de Lacerda<\/strong> e os ENCICLAS \u2013 grupo de ciclistas amadores com mais de 15 anos de hist\u00f3ria \u2013 reuniram um grupo de gestores para enfrentar a ic\u00f3nica subida ao Monte da Nossa Senhora da Gra\u00e7a, em Mondim de Basto. Esta experi\u00eancia foi mais do que um desafio f\u00edsico; tornou-se uma met\u00e1fora poderosa sobre o percurso de quem lidera uma empresa.<\/p>\n

Last weekend, Ruy de Lacerda and ENCICLAS \u2014 a group of amateur cyclists with over 15 years of history \u2014 brought together a group of entrepreneurs to take on the iconic climb to Monte Farinha \/ \u00a0Monte da Senhora da Gra\u00e7a in Mondim de Basto. This experience was more than just a physical challenge; it became a powerful metaphor for the journey of business leadership.<\/p>\n
