Foi neste contexto que a Coca-Cola Europacific encontrou na <strong>FlexBlow<\/strong>, representada em Portugal pela <strong>Ruy de Lacerda,<\/strong> a solu\u00e7\u00e3o ideal para produzir localmente garrafas hot-fill de forma eficiente, fi\u00e1vel e com menor impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>O desafio de produzir em clima tropical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas das Fiji, com calor e humidade elevados, representam um desafio adicional \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de embalagens hot-fill, utilizadas em bebidas n\u00e3o carbonatadas como sumos e isot\u00f3nicas. Este tipo de enchimento exige controlo t\u00e9rmico rigoroso e equipamentos altamente resistentes.<\/p>\n<p>Antes deste projeto, a Coca-Cola Europacific dependia da importa\u00e7\u00e3o de garrafas vazias da Austr\u00e1lia, o que implicava elevados custos log\u00edsticos e significativas emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082. A necessidade de estabilidade no fornecimento e de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais sustent\u00e1vel acelerou a procura por uma alternativa inovadora.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>FlexBlow : tecnologia com flexibilidade e resposta local<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A FlexBlow apresentou a sua tecnologia na feira <strong>Drinktec<\/strong> 2022, onde se destacou pelas r\u00e1pidas trocas de tamanho, elevada precis\u00e3o e flexibilidade, caracter\u00edsticas cruciais para mercados com m\u00faltiplas refer\u00eancias de embalagens. A presen\u00e7a da FlexBlow na Oceania refor\u00e7ou a confian\u00e7a da Coca-Cola Europacific na fiabilidade do suporte t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n<p>Foi, entretanto, instalada em julho de 2024 uma m\u00e1quina FlexBlow 4 nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es da Coca-Cola Europacific nas Fiji. A nova linha come\u00e7ou a produzir garrafas hot-fill de diferentes formatos &#8211; desde 20 mililitros at\u00e9 6 litros &#8211; com desempenho consistente mesmo nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es exigentes do clima tropical.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FlexBlow na Drinktec : Inova\u00e7\u00e3o na Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Garrafas Hot-Fill<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultados concretos : menos emiss\u00f5es, mais efici\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A produ\u00e7\u00e3o local trouxe benef\u00edcios significativos : ao transportar pr\u00e9-formas em vez de garrafas vazias, a empresa consegue agora enviar at\u00e9 10 vezes mais unidades por contentor.
