No setor industrial, a excel\u00eancia \u00e9 constru\u00edda com conhecimento, pr\u00e1tica e parceiros certos. Foi com este esp\u00edrito que a Ruy de Lacerda <\/strong>organizou uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica na Su\u00ed\u00e7a, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com duas refer\u00eancias mundiais em pr\u00e9-impress\u00e3o serigr\u00e1fica : SignTronic AG<\/strong> e Sefar AG<\/strong>. Esta iniciativa reuniu um grupo de clientes portugueses num programa intensivo e imersivo, com foco na otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do processo da pr\u00e9-impress\u00e3o serigr\u00e1fica e na procura constante pelo \u201cecr\u00e3 serigr\u00e1fico perfeito\u201d.<\/p>\n

Um grupo de excel\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n

A forma\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a presen\u00e7a de representantes de algumas das empresas mais reconhecidas do panorama industrial portugu\u00eas como Decordecal<\/strong> , GLN<\/strong> , Polymark<\/strong> , TMG<\/strong> e Vista Alegre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Com atua\u00e7\u00f5es em \u00e1reas t\u00e3o diversas como a cer\u00e2mica, o pl\u00e1stico t\u00e9cnico, o setor autom\u00f3vel, e os t\u00eaxteis industriais, estas empresas partilham o compromisso com a qualidade, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a melhoria cont\u00ednua dos seus processos. Esta diversidade de experi\u00eancias e perspetivas enriqueceu a forma\u00e7\u00e3o promovida pela Ruy de Lacerda, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia do trabalho conjunto entre parceiros que valorizam a excel\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Ao longo de v\u00e1rios dias, os participantes aprofundaram o conhecimento t\u00e9cnico sobre os diversos fatores que influenciam a qualidade de um ecr\u00e3 serigr\u00e1fico \u2013 desde a escolha e prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da tela, at\u00e9 ao processo de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o digital e controlo de qualidade final. Este percurso formativa passou pelas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de duas empresas que s\u00e3o verdadeiras refer\u00eancias a n\u00edvel mundial:<\/p>\n

  • Sefar AG<\/strong>, com sede em Heiden, \u00e9 l\u00edder global na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de telas de precis\u00e3o para serigrafia. Fundada em 1833, a empresa est\u00e1 presente em mais de 25 pa\u00edses, e as suas telas s\u00e3o utilizadas em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e3o distintas como eletr\u00f3nica, autom\u00f3vel, m\u00e9dica ou , no nosso caso, na ind\u00fastria gr\u00e1fica. A Sefar distingue-se pela constante inova\u00e7\u00e3o na engenharia de telas t\u00e9cnicas, garantindo repetibilidade, resist\u00eancia e desempenho ao mais alto n\u00edvel.<\/li>\n
  • SignTronic AG<\/strong>, localizada em R\u00fcthi, \u00e9 uma empresa su\u00ed\u00e7a especializada em sistemas CtS (Computer-to-Screen), automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e softwares de gest\u00e3o de qualidade na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ecr\u00e3s.     Ruy de Lacerda promotes technical training in screen printing, in Switzerland, with its clients<\/p>\n

    In the industrial sector, excellence is built through knowledge, practice, and the right partnerships. With this in mind, Ruy de Lacerda organized a technical training session in Switzerland, in collaboration with two global leaders in screen printing prepress: SignTronic AG and Sefar AG. This initiative brought together a group of Portuguese clients for an intensive and immersive program focused on optimizing the screen printing prepress process and the ongoing pursuit of the \u201cperfect screen.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The training was attended by representatives from some of the most renowned companies in the Portuguese industrial landscape, such as Decordecal, GLN, Polymark, TMG, and Vista Alegre.<\/p>\n

    Operating in diverse areas such as ceramics, technical plastics, the automotive sector, and industrial textiles, these companies share a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. This diversity of experiences and perspectives enriched the training promoted by Ruy de Lacerda, reinforcing the importance of collaboration between partners who value excellence.<\/p>\n

    The path to the perfect screen
    Over several days, participants deepened their technical knowledge of the various factors that influence the quality of a screen \u2013 from mesh selection and preparation to digital exposure and final quality control. This training journey included visits to two world-class companies:<\/p>\n

Founded in 1833 and present in over 25 countries, Sefar\u2019s meshes are used in a wide range of applications, from electronics and automotive to medical and, in our case, the graphic industry. The company stands out for its continuous innovation in technical mesh engineering, ensuring repeatability, durability, and high performance.<\/li>\n
    • SignTronic AG, based in R\u00fcthi, is a Swiss company specialized in Computer-to-Screen (CtS) systems, process automation, and quality management software for screen production. With a comprehensive portfolio of cutting-edge solutions, SignTronic has been one of the driving forces behind the evolution of high-precision screen printing prepress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      More than training, a sharing experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Beyond the technical content, this initiative also provided a unique opportunity for sharing experiences between companies with similar challenges but different approaches. This exchange among professionals, facilitated by the Ruy de Lacerda team, highlights the company\u2019s role not only as a supplier of solutions but as a partner in the technical and strategic growth of its clients.<\/p>\n
