Come\u00e7ou como t\u00e9cnico na Gr\u00fcnig e, ao longo dos anos, foi adquirindo conhecimento profundo na \u00e1rea da serigrafia, tendo sido respons\u00e1vel por um dos departamentos t\u00e9cnicos. Em 2011, fez a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para a \u00e1rea de vendas, onde conseguiu aliar o seu vasto conhecimento t\u00e9cnico \u00e0 gest\u00e3o comercial.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember58\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">&#8220;Ap\u00f3s a minha transi\u00e7\u00e3o da lideran\u00e7a do departamento t\u00e9cnico para o comercial, tornei-me Diretor Comercial alguns anos mais tarde. Tamb\u00e9m aqui, pude tirar partido da minha experi\u00eancia atrav\u00e9s dos conhecimentos da minha forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e dos meus muitos anos de experi\u00eancia no terreno&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember59\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Desafios de Lideran\u00e7a numa Empresa T\u00e9cnica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember60\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Atualmente a ocupar uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7a como Diretor de Vendas, Andr\u00e9 Kreuter revela que o maior desafio nesta fun\u00e7\u00e3o reside na conjuga\u00e7\u00e3o entre o conhecimento t\u00e9cnico e as compet\u00eancias de vendas. &#8221; O maior desafio foi dominar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de serigrafia, apesar de eu j\u00e1 ter alguma experi\u00eancia nesta \u00e1rea. O obst\u00e1culo foi combinar todos estes conhecimentos &#8211; conhecimentos t\u00e9cnicos, conhecimentos de serigrafia e o processo de vendas &#8211; numa abordagem coesa.&#8221;, comenta.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember61\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Com o elevado n\u00edvel de tecnicidade e qualidade das suas solu\u00e7\u00f5es, a Gr\u00fcnig coloca-se como uma empresa de valor elevado, o que levanta alguns desafios. He started out as a technician at Gr\u00fcnig and, over the years, acquired in-depth knowledge of screen printing, having been responsible for one of the technical departments.
