Forma\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica Especializada: um investimento estrat\u00e9gico para a efici\u00eancia da Ind\u00fastria de Pasta, Papel e Cart\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n

Na Ruy de Lacerda<\/strong>, encaramos a forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica n\u00e3o apenas como um complemento ao trabalho industrial, mas como um verdadeiro motor de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria cont\u00ednua.<\/p>\n

Foi com este esp\u00edrito que, no passado m\u00eas de Maio, promovemos uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica intensiva dedicada \u00e0 ind\u00fastria nacional de Pasta, Papel e Cart\u00e3o, uma iniciativa que contou com a presen\u00e7a e o conhecimento especializado de Thomas Friede<\/strong>, da nossa parceira TKM GmbH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thomas Friede, reconhecido internacionalmente pelo seu dom\u00ednio t\u00e9cnico na \u00e1rea de corte industrial, assumiu connosco o papel de embaixador desta forma\u00e7\u00e3o em Portugal, transmitindo n\u00e3o s\u00f3 conhecimentos t\u00e9cnicos, mas tamb\u00e9m uma vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica sobre como otimizar processos, prolongar a vida \u00fatil dos equipamentos e aumentar a efici\u00eancia operacional de forma sustentada.<\/p>\n

Durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, abord\u00e1mos temas cruciais como:<\/p>\n

  • Melhoria da performance e precis\u00e3o nos sistemas de corte;<\/li>\n
  • Escolha e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o adequada de ferramentas;<\/li>\n
  • Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de desperd\u00edcios e tempos de paragem;<\/li>\n
  • Boas pr\u00e1ticas para aumentar a longevidade dos consum\u00edveis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Estas sess\u00f5es foram tamb\u00e9m um espa\u00e7o privilegiado de troca de experi\u00eancias com os profissionais do setor, cujos contributos enriqueceram significativamente o conte\u00fado partilhado. O envolvimento dos participantes foi not\u00e1vel, refletindo o elevado n\u00edvel de compromisso da ind\u00fastria nacional com a excel\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica e operacional.<\/p>\n

    Specialized Technical Training: a strategic investment in the efficiency of the Pulp, Paper, and Board Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n

    At Ruy de Lacerda, we see technical training not merely as a complement to industrial work, but as a true driver of transformation and continuous improvement.
    With this mindset, last May we promoted an intensive technical training initiative focused on the Portuguese Pulp, Paper, and Board industry, a program enriched by the presence and expertise of Thomas Friede, from our partner TKM GmbH.<\/p>\n

    Thomas Friede, internationally recognized for his technical mastery in industrial cutting processes, joined us as an ambassador for this training initiative in Portugal, sharing not only technical knowledge but also a strategic perspective on how to optimize processes, extend equipment lifespan, and sustainably enhance operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

    Throughout the training, we addressed key topics such as:<\/p>\n

    • Improving performance and precision in cutting systems;<\/li>\n
    • Proper selection and maintenance of tools;<\/li>\n
    • Reducing waste and downtime;<\/li>\n
    • Best practices to extend the lifespan of consumables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      These sessions also provided a privileged space for experience-sharing with industry professionals, whose insights greatly enriched the content delivered. The participants\u2019 engagement was remarkable, reflecting the national industry\u2019s strong commitment to technical and operational excellence.<\/p>\n
