Hoje destacamos Andrea Neves<\/a>, uma das nossas talentosas colaboradoras que, desde novembro de 2021, tem vindo a marcar a diferen\u00e7a na Ruy de Lacerda.<\/p>\n

Qual \u00e9 o seu papel na Ruy de Lacerda e h\u00e1 quanto tempo faz parte da equipa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Em novembro de 2024 far\u00e1 3 anos desde que ingressei na Ruy de Lacerda, mais em concreto, como a primeira mulher na equipa comercial da empresa. Desempenho o papel de Segment Technical Manager, atuando em diferentes ind\u00fastrias. Comunico diariamente com clientes e parceiros para avaliarmos oportunidades de neg\u00f3cio e dar o devido seguimento \u00e0s mesmas. Al\u00e9m disso, realizo prospe\u00e7\u00e3o de novos clientes e parceiros, participando em exibi\u00e7\u00f5es europeias, com o objetivo de potenciar novas oportunidades de neg\u00f3cio.”<\/p>\n

Desde a sua entrada, a Andrea tem sido um membro importante na equipa comercial, sendo um exemplo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e dinamismo na prospe\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de neg\u00f3cios. O que mais gosta no seu trabalho e na Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“O que me d\u00e1 mais satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o nos meus dias de trabalho \u00e9 saber que estou a contribuir de uma forma proativa para o sucesso da equipa e sentir uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de miss\u00e3o cumprida ao final do dia. Uma das coisas que mais aprecio neste trabalho \u00e9 que todas as minhas semanas s\u00e3o diferentes. As conex\u00f5es positivas que tenho vindo a criar com os meus colegas, chefes, clientes e parceiros tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o uma grande valia para mim.”<\/p>\n

Qual foi um momento marcante\/inesquec\u00edvel que teve ao trabalhar com a Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Sendo este o meu primeiro emprego desde que terminei os meus estudos, um momento marcante para mim foi a minha aprova\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto nova colaboradora na Ruy de Lacerda. Recordo-me, e muito bem, de estar rodeada por toda a administra\u00e7\u00e3o a felicitarem-me por ser o membro mais recente da equipa. Realmente foi um momento muito especial para mim. J\u00e1 a trabalhar, um momento marcante foi o agradecimento do nosso CEO, Eng\u00ba Sabino Borges<\/a> , no \u00faltimo almo\u00e7o de Natal de 2023. O ano de 2023 foi particularmente dif\u00edcil para mim e senti-me valorizada e emocionada com esse discurso.”<\/p>\n

Quais s\u00e3o os seus hobbies\/interesses fora da RDL?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Acredito que \u00e9 importante conseguirmos ter um equil\u00edbrio entre a nossa vida profissional e pessoal, pois as duas complementam-se. Fora da Ruy de Lacerda, tenho uma paix\u00e3o por viajar. Todos os anos costumo fazer uma viagem e t\u00eam-se tornado todas inesquec\u00edveis. Dou muito valor \u00e0s pessoas que amo e tento passar o m\u00e1ximo tempo poss\u00edvel junto delas. Aprecio novas gastronomias e, neste momento, vou iniciar um curso de franc\u00eas. Desde que entrei na Ruy de Lacerda, surgiu um interesse especial em aprender novos idiomas.”<\/p>\n

A Andrea equilibra a sua vida pessoal e profissional, dedicando tempo \u00e0 sua paix\u00e3o por viagens e ao conv\u00edvio com quem mais ama. O seu interesse por l\u00ednguas tamb\u00e9m tem sido incentivado pelo ambiente internacional da Ruy de Lacerda, o que a levou a iniciar o estudo de novos idiomas, que lhe traz crescimento pessoal e tamb\u00e9m profissional.<\/p>\n

Qual foi o melhor conselho profissional que recebeu que a ajudou no trabalho com a Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“De diferentes pessoas mas com o mesmo significado, o melhor conselho profissional que recebi at\u00e9 hoje \u00e9 que n\u00e3o devemos comparar o nosso trabalho\/desempenho com os dos nossos colegas. Todos somos diferentes, com qualidades excecionais, e devemos focar-nos nas nossas pr\u00f3prias metas, objetivos e sonhos para conseguir atingi-los.”<\/p>\n

Tendo aprendido a valorizar as suas pr\u00f3prias capacidades e a concentrar-se nos seus objetivos, sem compara\u00e7\u00f5es, a Andrea aplica tamb\u00e9m este conselho \u00e0 sua vida pessoal, o que a ajudou a manter uma atitude positiva e focada no seu desenvolvimento cont\u00ednuo.<\/p>\n

De que forma \u00e9 que a Ruy de Lacerda a ajudou a atingir os seus objetivos pessoais e profissionais?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Desde que ingressei na RDL com 23 anos, sinto que a minha maturidade cresceu, tanto a n\u00edvel profissional, como a n\u00edvel pessoal. Todas as pessoas envolvidas nesta empresa s\u00e3o \u00f3timos exemplos do que \u00e9 ser um excelente profissional. A Ruy de Lacerda \u00e9 uma empresa que pensa nos seus colaboradores, e cada vez mais noto e valorizo a \u00e9tica da Ruy de Lacerda. As \u00f3timas condi\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o disponibilizadas, como sal\u00e1rios, pr\u00e9mios e conv\u00edvios, continuam a proporcionar-me um sentimento de agradecimento, felicidade e estabilidade. Meet Andrea Neves: An Outstanding Member of Ruy de Lacerda’s Commercial Team<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today we’re highlighting Andrea Neves, one of our talented employees who, since November 2021, has been making a difference at Ruy de Lacerda.<\/p>\n

Find out about her journey at Ruy de Lacerda, what she has learnt and the impact she has had on our team.<\/p>\n

What is your role at Ruy de Lacerda and how long have you been part of the team?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018In November 2024 it will be three years since I joined Ruy de Lacerda, specifically as the first woman in the company’s commercial team. I play the role of Segment Technical Manager, working in different industries. I communicate daily with clients and partners to assess business opportunities and follow up on them. I also prospect for new customers and partners, taking part in European exhibitions with the aim of maximising new business opportunities.\u2019<\/p>\n

Since joining, Andrea has been an important member of the sales team, exemplifying innovation and dynamism in prospecting and business development. Her ability and willingness to learn are examples of her work ethic and adaptability.<\/p>\n

What do you like most about your work and Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018What gives me the most satisfaction in my working days is knowing that I’m contributing proactively to the team’s success and feeling a sense of mission accomplished at the end of the day. One of the things I appreciate most about this job is that every week is different. The positive connections I’ve made with my colleagues, bosses, clients and partners are also a great asset to me.\u2019<\/p>\n

Andrea values the dynamism of her role and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and dedicated team. The constant variety in her working weeks keeps her motivated and engaged, giving her the satisfaction of knowing that her contribution is important to the company’s success.<\/p>\n

What was a memorable moment you had working at Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018As this was my first job since finishing school, a memorable moment for me was being approved as a new employee at Ruy de Lacerda. I vividly remember being surrounded by all the management congratulating me on being the newest member of the team. It really was a very special moment for me. While I was working, a memorable moment was our CEO, Mr Sabino Borges, thanking me at the last Christmas lunch of 2023. 2023 was a particularly difficult year for me and I felt appreciated and moved by that speech.\u2019<\/p>\n

The recognition and support Andrea has received throughout her journey at Ruy de Lacerda has been essential to her growth and development. These milestone moments, both when she joined the company and the continued support from management, have strengthened her bond with Ruy de Lacerda.<\/p>\n

What are your hobbies\/interests outside of RDL?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018I believe it’s important to strike a balance between our professional and personal lives, as the two complement each other. Outside Ruy de Lacerda, I have a passion for travelling. I usually go on a trip every year and they’ve all been unforgettable. I value the people I love and try to spend as much time with them as possible. I enjoy new cuisines and I’m about to start a French course. Ever since I joined Ruy de Lacerda, I’ve had a special interest in learning new languages.\u2019<\/p>\n

Andrea balances her personal and professional life, dedicating time to her passion for travelling and spending time with those she loves most. Her interest in languages has also been encouraged by Ruy de Lacerda’s international environment, which has led her to start studying new languages, which brings her personal as well as professional growth.<\/p>\n

What was the best professional advice you received that helped you in your work with Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018From different people but with the same meaning, the best professional advice I’ve received to date is that we shouldn’t compare our work\/performance with that of our colleagues. We are all different, with exceptional qualities, and we should focus on our own goals, objectives and dreams in order to achieve them.\u2019<\/p>\n

Having learnt to value her own abilities and focus on her goals without comparisons, Andrea also applies this advice to her personal life, which has helped her maintain a positive attitude and focus on her continuous development.<\/p>\n

How has Ruy de Lacerda helped you achieve your personal and professional goals?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018Since I joined RDL at the age of 23, I feel that my maturity has grown, both professionally and personally. All the people involved in this company are great examples of what it means to be an excellent professional. Ruy de Lacerda is a company that thinks about its employees, and I increasingly notice and value Ruy de Lacerda’s ethics. The great conditions on offer, such as salaries, bonuses and socialising, continue to give me a feeling of gratitude, happiness and stability. All of this actively contributes to my motivation to continue fighting for my personal and professional goals.\u2019<\/p>\n

Ruy de Lacerda has been a true partner in Andrea’s personal and professional growth, offering her a supportive and recognised environment that encourages her to achieve her goals. The company not only invests in her success as an employee, but also in her well-being and personal fulfilment.<\/p>\n
