Qual \u00e9 o seu papel na Ruy de Lacerda e h\u00e1 quanto tempo faz parte da equipa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho: <\/strong>“Fa\u00e7o parte da empresa h\u00e1 9 anos, a caminho dos 10, e sou respons\u00e1vel do armaz\u00e9m. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m desempenho uma pequena parte da assist\u00eancia comercial.”<\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho: <\/strong>“Gosto de tudo, por isso \u00e9 que c\u00e1 estou. A Ruy de Lacerda trabalha de uma forma completamente diferente de todas as empresas, d\u00e1-nos liberdade total para desempenhar o nosso papel, desde que tudo esteja sempre controlado, com responsabilidade acima de tudo e foco nos objetivos. Por isso \u00e9 que eu adoro trabalhar aqui.”<\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho: <\/strong>“Fora da Ruy de Lacerda a paix\u00e3o \u00e9 viajar, gosto de praticar e ver desporto e gosto tamb\u00e9m do mundo autom\u00f3vel. Pratico corrida.”<\/p>\n

Fora do ambiente de trabalho, o Nuno \u00e9 uma pessoa ativa e curiosa. As viagens, o desporto e a paix\u00e3o pelo mundo autom\u00f3vel s\u00e3o as suas grandes paix\u00f5es, que complementam o seu dia-a-dia e ajudam a manter um equil\u00edbrio saud\u00e1vel entre a vida pessoal e profissional.<\/p>\n

A pr\u00e1tica de corrida ajuda-o a manter-se fisicamente na melhor forma em termos f\u00edsicos e psicol\u00f3gicos, sendo um desporto excelente para se manter saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Qual foi o melhor conselho profissional que recebeu que o ajudou no trabalho com a Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho: <\/strong>“O melhor que aprendi na Ruy de Lacerda foi a forma de trabalhar, em que nos d\u00e3o as ferramentas a cada um para sermos completamente aut\u00f3nomos e respons\u00e1veis. \u00c9 a primeira vez que trabalho com esta filosofia e funciona mesmo muito bem.”<\/p>\n

Today we’re talking to Nuno Moutinho, one of the fundamental pillars of our team, who has been contributing to Ruy de Lacerda’s success for almost a decade.<\/p>\n

Celebrating 9 years of partnership with us on 21 September, Nuno is an excellent professional, responsible for contributing to the smooth running of our warehouse.<\/p>\n

What is your role at Ruy de Lacerda and how long have you been part of the team?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho:<\/strong> \u2018I’ve been part of the company for 9 years, on my way to 10, and I’m responsible for the warehouse. I also do a small amount of sales support.\u2019<\/p>\n

With a decade of experience in our team, Nuno has played a crucial role, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also supporting the commercial area, demonstrating his versatility and dedication. He is responsible for dispatching everything within the time limits, correctly and in excellent technical condition.<\/p>\n

What do you like most about your job and Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho:<\/strong> \u2018I like everything, that’s why I’m here. Ruy de Lacerda works in a completely different way to any other company, it gives us total freedom to fulfil our role, as long as everything is always under control, with responsibility above all else and a focus on objectives. That’s why I love working here.\u2019<\/p>\n

For Nuno, the culture of autonomy and responsibility that characterises Ruy de Lacerda is one of the aspects he values most. This work philosophy not only promotes individual growth, but also strengthens team spirit and the efficiency of operations. What was a memorable moment you had working with Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho:<\/strong> \u2018The most unforgettable moment was when I joined the company.\u2019<\/p>\n

Joining Ruy de Lacerda marked the beginning of a journey that Nuno considers to be one of the most memorable moments of his career. This step was the beginning of a relationship of success and continuous development. Having applied spontaneously after seeing an advert for Ruy de Lacerda, Nuno was accepted thanks to his professional experience in other areas and his professionalism.<\/p>\n

What are your hobbies\/interests outside Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho:<\/strong> \u2018Outside of Ruy de Lacerda my passion is travelling, I like playing and watching sport and I also like the world of cars. I race.\u2019<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Nuno is an active and curious person. Travelling, sport and his passion for the automotive world are his great passions, which complement his day-to-day life and help him maintain a healthy balance between his personal and professional life.<\/p>\n

Running helps him stay in top shape physically and psychologically, and is an excellent sport for keeping healthy.<\/p>\n

What was the best piece of professional advice you received that helped you in your work with Ruy de Lacerda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Moutinho:<\/strong> \u2018The best thing I learnt at Ruy de Lacerda was the way they work, where they give you the tools to be completely autonomous and responsible. It’s the first time I’ve worked with this philosophy and it works really well.\u2019<\/p>\n

Nuno emphasises the importance of autonomy and responsibility in his professional development, an approach he has found at Ruy de Lacerda and which, according to him, has been essential to his success.<\/p>\n
