A Cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Fus\u00e3o Print<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adelino Rafael iniciou sua carreira na ind\u00fastria em 1993 e, com o tempo, acumulou experi\u00eancias e aprendizagens que culminaram na funda\u00e7\u00e3o da Fus\u00e3o Print. \u201cIniciei fun\u00e7\u00f5es nesta \u00e1rea em 1993, tendo posteriormente fundado a Fus\u00e3o Print em 2009\u201d, relembra Adelino.<\/p>\n

Sergio Pereira da Ruy de Lacerda comenta \u201c\u00c9 um prazer colaborar com a Fus\u00e3o Print nos seus projetos, pois esta espelha os valores da Ruy de Lacerda, pela persist\u00eancia e pela capacidade de superar desafios, especialmente no in\u00edcio de cada novo projeto.<\/p>\n

As principais conquistas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adelino destaca que a maior aprendizagem na ind\u00fastria gr\u00e1fica \u00e9 a necessidade de estar sempre preparado para evoluir. \u201cA maior aprendizagem que tive na \u00e1rea da estamparia foi de que realmente temos de estar preparados para querer mais e acompanhar a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o, porque ela \u00e9 constante.\u201d Um dos momentos mais significativos foi a abertura da Fus\u00e3o Print, que representa uma importante conquista na sua carreira.<\/p>\n

Desafios na Trajet\u00f3ria<\/strong><\/p>\n

O in\u00edcio de cada projeto foi, sem d\u00favida, o per\u00edodo mais dif\u00edcil na trajet\u00f3ria de Adelino. \u201cNa minha trajet\u00f3ria profissional, o in\u00edcio de cada projeto foi sem d\u00favida o mais dif\u00edcil e a\u00ed refiro-me a dois projetos especiais com dificuldades muito distintas: o in\u00edcio da Fus\u00e3o, que foi criada de raiz, e a Neivacor, uma empresa que tinha e tem mais anos de exist\u00eancia do que eu tenho de experi\u00eancia.\u201d Atualmente, a vulnerabilidade \u00e0s pol\u00edticas e aos interesses das grandes pot\u00eancias mundiais representa um desafio cont\u00ednuo para o tecido empresarial.<\/p>\n

A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Ruy de Lacerda foi fundamental para o crescimento e a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da Fus\u00e3o Print. Adelino conheceu a Ruy de Lacerda durante sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o na BE&G Lda. \u201cConheci a Ruy de Lacerda j\u00e1 h\u00e1 uns anos, como funcion\u00e1rio da BE&G Lda, altura em que visitei as instala\u00e7\u00f5es ainda em Campanh\u00e3.\u201d<\/p>\n

Essa parceria fortaleceu-se ao longo dos anos. Em 2014, a Fus\u00e3o Print adquiriu uma m\u00e1quina de grava\u00e7\u00e3o com proje\u00e7\u00e3o a cera, um investimento significativo que marcou o in\u00edcio da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica da empresa. \u201cAp\u00f3s 5 anos de exist\u00eancia da Fus\u00e3o Print, compramos uma m\u00e1quina de grava\u00e7\u00e3o com proje\u00e7\u00e3o a cera em 2\u00aa m\u00e3o \u00e0 Estamparia Pinto atrav\u00e9s da Ruy de Lacerda, onde o intermedi\u00e1rio foi Sr. Abreu, a quem agrade\u00e7o imenso.\u201d<\/p>\n

Em 2017, a Fus\u00e3o Print destacou-se ao comprar o primeiro sistema de grava\u00e7\u00e3o a luz UV de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o direta vendido para uma estamparia em Portugal. \u201cDesde a\u00ed n\u00e3o paramos na procura de mais at\u00e9 que em 2017 compramos todo o sistema em linha de grava\u00e7\u00e3o a luz UV de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o direta (o primeiro vendido para uma estamparia em Portugal).\u201d<\/p>\n

Mais de metade das empresas n\u00e3o chega aos 3 anos de idade, mas a Fus\u00e3o Print conta j\u00e1 com 15 anos e mant\u00e9m-se forte no setor da ind\u00fastria gr\u00e1fica, que conta com mais de 2110 empresas em Portugal.<\/p>\n

At Ruy de Lacerda, as suppliers of equipment and consumables for industry, we have had the pleasure of seeing many companies born and grow. Fus\u00e3o Print, celebrating its 15th anniversary, is an inspiring example of entrepreneurship, technical excellence and strategic collaboration in the industrial sector. Founded by Adelino Rafael on 1 June 2009, the company has stood out for its relentless pursuit of innovation and quality, which we have had the honour of supporting since its foundation.<\/p>\n

The creation of Fus\u00e3o Print<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adelino Rafael began his career in the industry in 1993 and, over time, accumulated experiences and learnings that culminated in the founding of Fus\u00e3o Print. “I started working in this area in 1993 and then founded Fus\u00e3o Print in 2009,” recalls Adelino.<\/p>\n

S\u00e9rgio Pereira from Ruy de Lacerda comments: “It’s a pleasure to collaborate with Fus\u00e3o Print on its projects, as it mirrors Ruy de Lacerda’s values of persistence and the ability to overcome challenges, especially at the start of each new project.<\/p>\n

Main achievements<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adelino emphasises that the greatest learning in the printing industry is the need to always be prepared to evolve. “The biggest learning I’ve had in the printing industry is that you really have to be prepared to want more and keep up with evolution, because it’s constant.” One of the most significant moments was the opening of Fus\u00e3o Print, which represents an important achievement in his career.<\/p>\n

Challenges along the way<\/strong><\/p>\n

The start of each project was undoubtedly the most difficult period in Adelino’s career. “In my professional career, the start of each project was undoubtedly the most difficult, and here I’m referring to two special projects with very different difficulties: the start of Fus\u00e3o, which was created from scratch, and Neivacor, a company that had and has more years of existence than I have of experience.” Nowadays, vulnerability to the policies and interests of the world’s major powers represents an ongoing challenge for the business fabric.<\/p>\n

“At Ruy de Lacerda we are always on the lookout for all the national and international factors that could affect our clients’ industries. Our partnerships go beyond a commercial relationship, as we always want to support our partners and create mutually profitable and lasting relationships,” says S\u00e9rgio Pereira.<\/p>\n

Strategic Partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n

Collaboration with Ruy de Lacerda has been fundamental to the growth and evolution of Fus\u00e3o Print. Adelino got to know Ruy de Lacerda during his time at BE&G Lda. “I met Ruy de Lacerda a few years ago, as an employee of BE&G Lda, when I visited the premises still in Campanh\u00e3.”<\/p>\n

This partnership has strengthened over the years. In 2014, Fus\u00e3o Print acquired a wax projection engraving machine, a significant investment that marked the beginning of the company’s technological evolution. “After five years of Fus\u00e3o Print’s existence, we bought a second-hand wax projection engraving machine from Estamparia Pinto through Ruy de Lacerda, where the intermediary was Mr Abreu, to whom I am very grateful.”<\/p>\n

In 2017, Fus\u00e3o Print stood out when it bought the first laser engraving system sold to a print shop in Portugal. “Since then we haven’t stopped looking for more, until in 2017 we bought the entire online laser engraving system (the first sold to a print shop in Portugal).”<\/p>\n

Mr David Zamith of Ruy de Lacerda congratulates Fus\u00e3o Print on its innovation and leadership: “Throughout my years of service to Ruy de Lacerda, I have had the honour of supporting many companies in their foundation and growth. More than half of all companies don’t reach the age of three, but Fus\u00e3o Print is now 15 years old and remains strong in the printing industry, which has more than 2110 companies in Portugal.<\/p>\n

Adelino emphasises the importance of Ruy de Lacerda’s technicians, highlighting their professionalism, competence and involvement.”I would like to pay tribute to the technicians here, not only for their professionalism and skills, but also for everyone’s involvement in achieving the level of quality that we have always aspired to.”Message for beginners<\/p>\n
