O Maior Desafio na Ind\u00fastria<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quando questionado acerca do maior desafio que encontrou ao longo da sua carreira, o Engenheiro mencionou a gest\u00e3o de pessoas: \u201cO maior desafio \u00e9 a gest\u00e3o das pessoas. \u00c9 um desafio di\u00e1rio, gerir rela\u00e7\u00f5es, sentimentos, ambi\u00e7\u00f5es e expectativas.\u201d<\/p>\n

Este \u00e9 um desafio que tamb\u00e9m encontramos no dia a dia da Ruy de Lacerda: \u201cComo uma empresa familiar, que sempre teve o foco na concilia\u00e7\u00e3o entre fam\u00edlia e empresa e bem estar de todas as partes, gerir as rela\u00e7\u00f5es e expectativas dos nossos colaboradores e parceiros \u00e9 sempre um ponto de grande import\u00e2ncia para n\u00f3s.\u201d – concorda o Engenheiro Sabino Borges<\/a> , CEO da Ruy de Lacerda.<\/p>\n

Dificuldades no caminho como CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n

O Engenheiro Jo\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m refletiu sobre a maior dificuldade ao longo da sua trajet\u00f3ria de CEO: “A maior dificuldade foi encontrar o rumo, o caminho correto da empresa. N\u00e3o \u00e9 nada f\u00e1cil, s\u00e3o v\u00e1rias as portas, as op\u00e7\u00f5es. Superamos com tentativas e alguns erros e at\u00e9 que come\u00e7a a dar certo e percebemos que estamos no caminho para o sucesso.”<\/p>\n

O Engenheiro Sabino da Ruy de Lacerda, partilhou tamb\u00e9m a sua opini\u00e3o acerca deste tipo de desafios: \u201cA defini\u00e7\u00e3o de um rumo \u00e9 cada vez mais desafiante, derivado da acelera\u00e7\u00e3o do ritmo de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica e influ\u00eancia dos fatores externos gra\u00e7as \u00e0 globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, com um foco na capacidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e vontade de aprender, \u00e9 sempre poss\u00edvel ultrapassar estes desafios. Quando queremos ser empreendedores muitas vezes o neg\u00f3cio est\u00e1 \u00e0 frente da vida pessoal e isso \u00e9 um grande sacrif\u00edcio. \u00c9 preciso uma dose extraordin\u00e1ria de motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, perseveran\u00e7a e muito trabalho!\u201d<\/p>\n

Experiences and Success in the Plastics Industry: Jo\u00e3o S\u00e1, Exporpl\u00e1s<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Ruy de Lacerda, we have the privilege of collaborating with leaders and innovators from various industrial sectors. Recently, we had the opportunity to talk to engineer Jo\u00e3o S\u00e1, CEO of EXPORPL\u00c1S, about his experience in the plastics industry. Working in the plastics industry since 2005, our partner shared valuable insights into the challenges, achievements and lessons learnt throughout his career.<\/p>\n

Biggest Challenge in the Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n

When asked about the biggest challenge he has encountered throughout his career, the engineer mentioned people management: “The biggest challenge is managing people. It’s a daily challenge, managing relationships, feelings, ambitions and expectations.”<\/p>\n

This is a challenge we also find in Ruy de Lacerda’s day-to-day work: “As a family business, which has always focused on reconciling family and business and the well-being of all parties, managing the relationships and expectations of our employees and partners is always a point of great importance to us.” – agrees engineer Sabino Borges, CEO of Ruy de Lacerda.<\/p>\n

Difficulties along the way as CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Engineer Jo\u00e3o also reflected on the greatest difficulty during his time as CEO: “The greatest difficulty was finding the right direction, the right path for the company. It’s not easy, there are so many doors, so many options. You overcome it with trial and error until it starts to work and you realise that you’re on the road to success.”<\/p>\n

Engineer Sabino from Ruy de Lacerda also shared his opinion on this type of challenge: “Defining a course is increasingly challenging, due to the accelerating pace of technological evolution and the influence of external factors thanks to globalisation. However, with a focus on adaptability and a willingness to learn, it is always possible to overcome these challenges. We greatly value the Ruy de Lacerda team’s ability to adapt to the changes that arise at all levels, agility and adaptability that are only possible with a close and motivated team.”<\/p>\n

Advice for new entrepreneurs<\/strong><\/p>\n

For new entrepreneurs, the engineer has a clear message: “If you want to be successful, you have to make a lot of personal sacrifices. When you want to be an entrepreneur, your business often takes precedence over your personal life and that’s a big sacrifice. It takes an extraordinary dose of motivation, perseverance and hard work!”<\/p>\n
