A Use &amp; Reuse, FEHST, e BritAs colaboraram com o apoio da <a class=\"BZlYAjikHPGRJsJDVXcEAIgyCHVdMWfWWELYvU \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/showcase\/ruydelacerda-plastico-borracha\/\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">RuyDeLacerda | Solu\u00e7\u00f5es para a ind\u00fastria dos pl\u00e1sticos e borracha<\/a> num projeto que visava melhorar a capacidade de reciclagem e reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as para a ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember54\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Segundo a <a class=\"BZlYAjikHPGRJsJDVXcEAIgyCHVdMWfWWELYvU \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/recycling-europe\/\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Recycling Europe<\/a> , em 2017 foram tratados mais de 6.6 milh\u00f5es de ve\u00edculos em fim de vida, que geraram mais de 8 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de res\u00edduos, das quais mais de um milh\u00e3o foram pl\u00e1sticos. Com o aumento do uso de pl\u00e1sticos na ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 sua leveza e versatilidade, este n\u00famero tende a aumentar. Para combater este desperd\u00edcio e reduzir os impactos da sua atividade. A <a class=\"BZlYAjikHPGRJsJDVXcEAIgyCHVdMWfWWELYvU \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/fehst-componentes-lda\/\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Fehst Componentes Lda.<\/a> procurava uma maneira de reciclar pe\u00e7as para a ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel, mantendo o seu valor e seguindo todas as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas normais deste setor. Com este intuito, contactou a Use &amp; Reuse, o seu parceiro na reciclagem de outros materiais, que sugeriu utilizar a vasta rede de contactos da Ruy de Lacerda para encontrar um parceiro capaz de fornecer equipamentos com esta finalidade. Desta procura surgiu a <a class=\"BZlYAjikHPGRJsJDVXcEAIgyCHVdMWfWWELYvU \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/britas-recycling-anlagen-gmbh\/\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">BritAS Recycling-Anlagen GmbH<\/a> , que forneceu o equipamento que poder\u00e1 trazer a solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 necessidade da FEHST.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember55\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">A experi\u00eancia de <a id=\"ember56\" class=\"ember-view\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/luisccramos\/\">Luis Ramos LCR<\/a> da Use &amp; Reuse, <a id=\"ember57\" class=\"ember-view\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ana-maria-moreira-89ab66b3\/\">Ana Maria Moreira<\/a> da FEHST e <a id=\"ember58\" class=\"ember-view\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ammal-de-paul-bulhosen-43516a28\/\">Ammal De Paul Bulhosen<\/a> da BritAs no recente projeto com o apoio da Ruy de Lacerda exemplifica como parcerias estrat\u00e9gicas podem impulsionar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a efici\u00eancia operacional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Use &amp; Reuse: A Jornada de Cinco Anos na Economia Circular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember60\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Lu\u00eds Carlos Correia Ramos, gerente da Use &amp; Reuse, partilhou a trajet\u00f3ria da empresa desde sua funda\u00e7\u00e3o em 2019. A Use &amp; Reuse come\u00e7ou como uma consultoria, mas rapidamente evoluiu para a reciclagem de materiais, focando-se na economia circular. Lu\u00eds Ramos destacou a aprendizagem cont\u00ednua que tem ocorrido desde a montagem da f\u00e1brica e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos, que inicialmente foi um desafio devido \u00e0 falta de conhecimento espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember61\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">&#8220;Quando decidimos adquirir equipamentos, enfrentamos muitas dificuldades, pois t\u00ednhamos pouco conhecimento sobre a tecnologia necess\u00e1ria. Foi um per\u00edodo em que tivemos de investigar muito, aprender sobre as m\u00e1quinas e sobre como nos posicionar no mercado da reciclagem e da economia circular.&#8221;, disse Lu\u00eds Ramos.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember62\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">A empresa tem se diferenciado ao fornecer solu\u00e7\u00f5es personalizadas para clientes, ajudando-os a reciclar e reutilizar materiais que de outra forma seriam descartados. Devido \u00e0 Diretiva 94\/62\/EC da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, que visa regulamentar a reciclagem, os pa\u00edses membros t\u00eam de reciclar pelo menos 70% dos res\u00edduos gerados, incluindo 85% do papel e cart\u00e3o, 55% dos pl\u00e1sticos e 80% dos metais ferrosos, o que levanta novos desafios \u00e0s empresas para conseguirem reutilizar e rentabilizar a sua reciclagem.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember63\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Quando questionado acerca do projeto recente, Lu\u00eds Ramos partilhou: \u201cNo nosso processo atual, n\u00e3o conseguimos eliminar completamente a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir a qualidade necess\u00e1ria para o cliente. Ent\u00e3o, procur\u00e1mos um parceiro tecnol\u00f3gico, a Britas, representada pela Ruy de Lacerda, para encontrar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o. Fizemos testes com os equipamentos deles e agora aguardamos os resultados e o feedback do cliente.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember64\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre a FEHST e a Use &amp; Reuse, a ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel dirige-se a um futuro mais verde, seguindo e superando as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es legais de sustentabilidade.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>FEHST: Inova\u00e7\u00e3o na Ind\u00fastria Automobil\u00edstica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember66\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ana Moreira, gestora de projetos de investimento e IDT na FEHST, tem 35 anos de experi\u00eancia na ind\u00fastria automotiva, principalmente na inje\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1sticos para interiores de autom\u00f3veis. Ela destacou que sua a maior aprendizagem foi na capacidade de desenvolver rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais, al\u00e9m do enriquecimento t\u00e9cnico ao longo dos anos.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember67\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">A FEHST, localizada em Braga, tem quase 30 anos de exist\u00eancia, sendo um dos mais importantes fornecedores para a ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel em Portugal, especializando-se na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas e pe\u00e7as decorativas para o interior do autom\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember68\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Sobre o projeto recente, Ana Moreira explicou que a FEHST procura recuperar res\u00edduos pintados para reintroduzi-los na produ\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;Este projeto insere-se na necessidade que a FEHST tem em fazer a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos res\u00edduos pintados. Nesse sentido a Use &amp; Reuse, que j\u00e1 ficava com os nossos res\u00edduos, apresentou-nos este projeto interessante, que seria a moagem e extrus\u00e3o dos res\u00edduos pintados, e posterior reincorpora\u00e7\u00e3o com o material virgem na nossa produ\u00e7\u00e3o. A possibilidade de reintroduzir esses res\u00edduos pintados na circula\u00e7\u00e3o e economia circular. &#8221; disse Ana Moreira. &#8220;Este projeto est\u00e1 em fase de testes, porque a ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel rege-se por requisitos bastante rigorosos, temos de seguir normas e cumpri-las, e isto tudo leva tempo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember69\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ana Moreira destacou a import\u00e2ncia das parcerias e da inova\u00e7\u00e3o, mencionando a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Universidade do Minho e o PIEP, que proporcionam uma troca vital de compet\u00eancias e conhecimento.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember70\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Gra\u00e7as \u00e0s parcerias desenvolvidas entre empresas de diversos setores, a FEHST conseguiu encontrar uma poss\u00edvel solu\u00e7\u00e3o para o seu problema, de uma maneira f\u00e1cil e eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>BritAs: Tecnologia Avan\u00e7ada em Reciclagem de Pl\u00e1sticos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember72\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">A BritAs \u00e9 uma empresa de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de filtragem de pl\u00e1stico, fundada em 1993 em Hanau, na Alemanha. Desenvolve uma parceria com a Ruy de Lacerda na qual a apoiamos no mercado portugu\u00eas, colaborando para desenvolver novas solu\u00e7\u00f5es adaptadas \u00e0s necessidades dos nossos clientes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember73\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ammal de Paul, Regional Sales Manager da BritAs, trouxe uma perspectiva de 12 anos na ind\u00fastria de reciclagem de pl\u00e1sticos. A BritAS, com sede na cidade alem\u00e3 de Hanau, desenvolve e fabrica, linhas para a filtragem de res\u00edduos pl\u00e1sticos e m\u00e1quinas para o controlo de qualidade de produtos pl\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember74\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ammal de Paul ressaltou que os testes realizados com materiais de pe\u00e7as automotivas foram inovadores e cruciais para entender como os pl\u00e1sticos reciclados podem ser reutilizados na mesma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, em vez de sofrerem downcycling.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember75\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">&#8220;Foi muito interessante ver o resultado que obtivemos com estes materiais espec\u00edficos para pe\u00e7as autom\u00f3veis e como podem ser reutilizados noutras pe\u00e7as autom\u00f3veis. Estes testes s\u00e3o muito importantes porque, hoje em dia, muitos pl\u00e1sticos s\u00e3o reciclados mas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o reutilizados na mesma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, o que normalmente resulta em reciclagem, e no caso das pe\u00e7as para autom\u00f3veis \u00e9 particularmente dif\u00edcil, porque h\u00e1 muitos requisitos t\u00e9cnicos que as pe\u00e7as recicladas t\u00eam de cumprir&#8221; explicou Ammal de Paul, acerca do recente projeto.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember76\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ammal de Paul tamb\u00e9m enfatizou a import\u00e2ncia das parcerias no dia a dia da BritAs, destacando que sem parceiros como a Ruy de Lacerda, seria dif\u00edcil expandir e atender clientes globalmente. Quando questionada acerca das parcerias Ammal de Paul partilha: \u201c\u00c9 crucial, porque sem os nossos parceiros n\u00e3o podemos avan\u00e7ar com v\u00e1rios clientes, em muitos pa\u00edses ao mesmo tempo. of FEHST, BritAs, Use &amp; Reuse and Ruy de Lacerda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember92\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Collaboration between companies is a determining factor for success in industrial sectors. Use &amp; Reuse, FEHST and BritAs collaborated with the support of Ruy de Lacerda on a project aimed at improving the capacity to recycle and reuse parts for the automotive industry.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember93\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">According to the European Plastics Recycling Branch, in 2017 more than 6.6 million end-of-life vehicles were treated, generating more than 8 million tonnes of waste, of which more than a million were plastics. With the increased use of plastics in the automotive industry, thanks to their lightness and versatility, this figure is set to rise. To combat this waste and reduce the impact of its activity, A FEHST was looking for a way to recycle parts for the automotive industry while maintaining their value and following all the normal technical specifications of this sector. To this end, it contacted Use &amp; Reuse, its partner in the recycling of other materials, who suggested using Ruy de Lacerda&#8217;s vast network of contacts to find a partner capable of supplying equipment for this purpose. From this search came BritAs, which supplied the equipment that could provide a solution to FEHST&#8217;s needs.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember94\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The experience of Lu\u00eds Ramos from Use &amp; Reuse, Ana Moreira from FEHST and Ammal de Paul from BritAs in the recent project with Ruy de Lacerda&#8217;s support exemplifies how strategic partnerships can drive innovation and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Use &amp; Reuse: Five Years&#8217; Journey in the Circular Economy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember96\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Lu\u00eds Carlos Correia Ramos, manager of Use &amp; Reuse, shared the company&#8217;s journey since it was founded in 2019. Use &amp; Reuse began as a consultancy, but quickly evolved into a materials recycling company, focusing on the circular economy. Lu\u00eds Ramos highlighted the continuous learning that has taken place since setting up the factory and acquiring equipment, which was initially a challenge due to the lack of specific knowledge.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember97\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u2018When we decided to buy equipment, we faced many difficulties because we had little knowledge of the technology required. It was a period in which we had to do a lot of research, learn about the machines and how to position ourselves in the recycling and circular economy market,\u2019 said Lu\u00eds Ramos.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember98\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The company has differentiated itself by providing customised solutions for customers, helping them to recycle and reuse materials that would otherwise be discarded. Due to the European Union&#8217;s Directive 94\/62\/EC, which aims to regulate recycling, member countries have to recycle at least 70% of the waste they generate, including 85% of paper and cardboard, 55% of plastics and 80% of ferrous metals, which raises new challenges for companies to be able to reuse and monetise their recycling.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember99\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">When asked about the recent project, Lu\u00eds Ramos shared: \u2018In our current process, we can&#8217;t completely eliminate contamination to guarantee the quality needed by the customer. So we turned to a technology partner, Britas, represented by Ruy de Lacerda, to find a solution. We ran tests with their equipment and now we&#8217;re waiting for the results and feedback from the customer.\u2019<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember100\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">With the collaboration between FEHST and Use &amp; Reuse, the automotive industry is moving towards a greener future, following and surpassing legal sustainability obligations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>FEHST: Innovation in the automotive industry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember102\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ana Moreira, investment and RTD project manager at FEHST, has 35 years&#8217; experience in the automotive industry, mainly in plastic injection moulding for car interiors. She emphasised that her greatest learning has been in the ability to develop interpersonal relationships, as well as technical enrichment over the years.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember103\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">FEHST, located in Braga, has been in business for almost 30 years and is one of the most important suppliers to the automotive industry in Portugal, specialising in the production of systems and decorative parts for car interiors.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember104\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Regarding the recent project, Ana Moreira explained that FEHST seeks to recover painted waste in order to reintroduce it into production. &#8220;This project is part of FEHST&#8217;s need to recover painted waste. In this sense, Use &amp; Reuse, which already kept our waste, presented us with this interesting project, which would be the grinding and extrusion of painted waste, and subsequent reincorporation with virgin material in our production. The possibility of reintroducing this painted waste into circulation and the circular economy. &#8221; said Ana Moreira. &#8220;This project is in the testing phase, because the automotive industry is governed by very strict requirements, we have to follow standards and comply with them, and this all takes time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember105\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ana Moreira emphasised the importance of partnerships and innovation, mentioning the collaboration with the University of Minho and PIEP, which provide a vital exchange of skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember106\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Thanks to the partnerships developed between companies from different sectors, FEHST was able to find a possible solution to its problem in an easy and efficient way.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>BritAs: Advanced Technology in Plastics Recycling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember108\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">BritAs is a manufacturer of plastic filtration systems, founded in 1993 in Hanau, Germany. It has developed a partnership with Ruy de Lacerda in which we support it in the Portuguese market, collaborating to develop new solutions adapted to our customers&#8217; needs.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember109\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ammal de Paul, Regional Sales Manager at BritAs, brings a 12-year perspective on the plastics recycling industry. BritAS, based in the German city of Hanau, develops and manufactures lines for filtering plastic waste and machines for quality control of plastic products.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember110\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ammal de Paul emphasised that the tests carried out with materials from automotive parts were innovative and crucial to understanding how recycled plastics can be reused in the same application, rather than downcycled.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember111\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">&#8220;It was very interesting to see the results we obtained with these specific materials for car parts and how they can be reused in other car parts. These tests are very important because nowadays many plastics are recycled but not reused in the same application, which usually results in recycling, and in the case of car parts it&#8217;s particularly difficult because there are many technical requirements that recycled parts have to fulfil,&#8221; Ammal de Paul explained about the recent project.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember112\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ammal de Paul also emphasised the importance of partnerships in BritAs&#8217; day-to-day business, pointing out that without partners like Ruy de Lacerda, it would be difficult to expand and serve clients globally. When asked about partnerships Ammal de Paul shares: &#8220;It&#8217;s crucial, because without our partners we can&#8217;t move forward with several clients, in many countries at the same time. We want to continue to be present all over the world, and without our partners that wouldn&#8217;t be possible. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Innovation with the support of Ruy de Lacerda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember114\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">In solving the demanding and complex problems that arise as industry moves towards a more environmentally friendly future, collaboration between companies from different sectors is becoming increasingly important.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember115\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ruy de Lacerda&#8217;s participation was crucial to the project&#8217;s success. Lu\u00eds Ramos, Ana Moreira and Ammal de Paul emphasised Ruy de Lacerda&#8217;s proactivity, technical expertise and ongoing support at every stage of the project.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember116\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ruy de Lacerda engineer Sabino Borges comments: &#8220;The integration of the different participants in the distribution chains for industrial products is becoming increasingly important as we move towards a more sustainable and global future. With a greater level of collaboration between companies from different sectors, we can innovate and find more efficient solutions to the problems that arise in day-to-day business.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember117\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u2018Ruy de Lacerda has been very useful, not only for their consultancy, but also for the technical knowledge they bring through the companies they represent. In a project related to the recycling of PS food, we went with them to Germany and Austria to carry out tests, which helped us understand the capabilities of the available technology.\u2019 &#8211; shared Lu\u00eds Ramos.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember118\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">When asked about her experience with Ruy de Lacerda, Ana Moreira says: &#8220;I liked it, I think they would be a good partner to work with in the future. In fact, it was through Ruy de Lacerda that we managed to get to our other partner, Britas, in Germany. We had all the support we needed and it was great.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember119\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ammal de Paul has been working with Ruy de Lacerda for longer and shared his experience: &#8220;I&#8217;ve worked with Ruy de Lacerda for the last 5 years, through Britas for the last 2 years, and I think it&#8217;s one of our best partners worldwide, because we get a lot of support for sales, but also for service, and we always get timely responses on any project.
