Na Ruy de Lacerda, o Natal \u00e9 sempre um regresso \u00e0s nossas ra\u00edzes e um olhar sereno para o futuro. Todos os anos fazemos uma pausa na intensidade dos projetos, das viagens e das decis\u00f5es que nos ocupam, para celebrarmos aquilo que realmente sustenta esta casa: as pessoas. \ud83e\udd1d<\/p>\n

O tradicional almo\u00e7o de Natal no Cricket \ud83c\udfcf, realizado no passado dia 05 de dezembro, voltou a reunir-nos num daqueles momentos que ficam na mem\u00f3ria. Entre reencontros, conversas que s\u00f3 acontecem quando o tempo abranda e hist\u00f3rias que revisitam o caminho percorrido, sentimos mais uma vez a for\u00e7a daquilo que constru\u00edmos juntos.<\/p>\n

E como sempre, havia ali algo maior do que o pr\u00f3prio conv\u00edvio. H\u00e1 um legado que nos acompanha e que fazemos quest\u00e3o de transportar: o legado de Ruy de Lacerda. O seu nome continua a surgir todos os dias, quase sem darmos conta. Est\u00e1 presente numa decis\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, numa reflex\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica ou num simples coment\u00e1rio de corredor. O rigor, a proximidade e a determina\u00e7\u00e3o que ele deixou continuam a ser b\u00fassolas que orientam cada \u00e1rea da empresa.<\/p>\n

Por isso, este almo\u00e7o foi mais do que uma celebra\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi um momento de reflex\u00e3o \u2728, de reconhecimento pelo empenho de cada colaborador e pela resili\u00eancia coletiva que marcou mais um ano de trabalho. Mas foi tamb\u00e9m um momento de alegria e leveza \ud83d\ude04, porque celebrar juntos faz parte da identidade que carregamos h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n

Num ano em que assinalamos 75 anos de hist\u00f3ria \ud83c\udf89, este encontro no Cricket ganhou um significado ainda mais especial. N\u00e3o celebr\u00e1mos apenas um percurso: celebr\u00e1mos a continuidade de um nome, de um prop\u00f3sito e de um esp\u00edrito que atravessa gera\u00e7\u00f5es e que continua vivo em cada um de n\u00f3s.<\/p>\n

At Ruy de Lacerda, Christmas is always a return to our roots and a calm look toward the future. Every year, we pause the intensity of projects, travel and daily decisions to celebrate what truly sustains this company: its people. \ud83e\udd1d<\/p>\n

Our traditional Christmas lunch at Cricket \ud83c\udfcf, held on December 5th, once again brought us together for one of those moments that stay with us. Between warm reunions, conversations that only happen when time slows down, and stories that revisit the path we have walked, we were reminded of the strength of what we continue to build together.<\/p>\n

And, as always, there was something greater present in the room. There is a legacy we carry and proudly choose to uphold: the legacy of our founder, Ruy de Lacerda. His name still comes up every single day, often without us even noticing. It appears in a technical decision, a strategic reflection, or a quick comment in the hallway. The rigor, proximity and determination he instilled remain guiding principles in every area of the company.<\/p>\n

This lunch was therefore more than a celebration. It was a moment of reflection \u2728, of recognition for the dedication of every team member and for the collective resilience that marked another year of work. But it was also a moment of joy and lightness \ud83d\ude04, because celebrating together is part of the identity we have carried for decades.<\/p>\n

In a year in which we celebrate 75 years of history \ud83c\udf89, this gathering at Cricket had an even more special meaning. We were not only celebrating a journey; we were celebrating the continuity of a name, a purpose and a spirit that crosses generations and remains alive in all of us.<\/p>\n
