O final deste ano tem um significado particular para a Ruy de Lacerda. Celebr\u00e1mos 75 anos de hist\u00f3ria, um marco que nos convida \u00e0 reflex\u00e3o, mas sobretudo \u00e0 responsabilidade de continuar a construir o futuro com a mesma seriedade que sempre nos definiu.<\/p>\n

Ao longo destas sete d\u00e9cadas e meia, atravess\u00e1mos diferentes ciclos econ\u00f3micos, tecnol\u00f3gicos e industriais. Cada fase trouxe desafios pr\u00f3prios, exigindo adapta\u00e7\u00e3o, vis\u00e3o e capacidade de decis\u00e3o. Vivemos hoje um contexto industrial exigente, em constante transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, que pede respostas mais integradas, eficientes e sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n

The end of this year has a particular meaning for Ruy de Lacerda. We celebrated 75 years of history, a milestone that invites reflection but, above all, reinforces our responsibility to continue building the future with the same seriousness that has always defined us.
Over these seven and a half decades, we have gone through different economic, technological and industrial cycles. Each phase brought its own challenges, demanding adaptability, vision and decision-making capacity. Today, we face a demanding industrial context, in constant transformation, calling for more integrated, efficient and sustainable responses.<\/p>\n

Challenges that drive evolution <\/strong>\ud83d\ude80<\/strong>
We do not see challenges as difficulties, but as clear signals of change. Industry is looking for closer partners, better prepared and with a global view of processes. It is within this framework that we continue to strengthen our approach, seeking new partners, expanding competencies and diversifying in a conscious and consistent way.
