Lu\u00eds Zamith<\/strong> cresceu pr\u00f3ximo da realidade da empresa fundada pelo seu av\u00f4. Muito antes de qualquer fun\u00e7\u00e3o formal, j\u00e1 conhecia o ambiente da Ruy de Lacerda<\/strong> a partir do \u201cch\u00e3o de do armaz\u00e9m\u201d. Com cerca de 15 anos, come\u00e7ou a ajudar na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de encomendas e nas entregas, contactando de perto com o ritmo di\u00e1rio de uma empresa que trabalha com a ind\u00fastria.<\/p>\n

Foi nesse contacto direto com o trabalho que come\u00e7ou a perceber como cada detalhe contribui para o funcionamento de um neg\u00f3cio e como o esfor\u00e7o di\u00e1rio de cada pessoa faz parte do resultado final.<\/p>\n

Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mais tarde, decidiu aprofundar os seus conhecimentos e ingressou no IPAM<\/strong>, onde concluiu o curso de Gest\u00e3o de Marketing. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00e9mica permitiu-lhe desenvolver uma vis\u00e3o mais estruturada do mundo empresarial, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia da estrat\u00e9gia, da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e da compreens\u00e3o do mercado.<\/p>\n

Esta etapa trouxe tamb\u00e9m novas ferramentas para olhar para a atividade da empresa com uma perspetiva mais ampla e alinhada com os desafios atuais do tecido empresarial.<\/p>\n

Um percurso por diferentes \u00e1reas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s terminar os estudos, aceitou o desafio familiar e integrou os quadros da Ruy de Lacerda. Sendo neto do fundador, encarou esse passo com sentido de responsabilidade, procurando contribuir para a continuidade e evolu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa com d\u00e9cadas de hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

O seu percurso dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o passou por diferentes \u00e1reas. Iniciou-se no controlo do neg\u00f3cio, onde teve contacto direto com a gest\u00e3o interna e com os indicadores que orientam a atividade da empresa. Seguiu-se a \u00e1rea comercial, experi\u00eancia que lhe permitiu aprofundar o conhecimento sobre clientes, parceiros e din\u00e2micas do mercado.<\/p>\n

Comunicar a identidade da empresa<\/strong><\/p>\n

Posteriormente, passou a dedicar-se \u00e0 \u00e1rea da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e da presen\u00e7a institucional da empresa. \u00c9 neste espa\u00e7o que Lu\u00eds Zamith afirma sentir-se particularmente \u00e0 vontade, encontrando uma forma de unir o conhecimento do neg\u00f3cio com a capacidade de transmitir a identidade e o posicionamento da Ruy de Lacerda.<\/p>\n

Hoje, uma parte importante do seu trabalho passa por acompanhar a atividade da empresa, comunicar projetos, acompanhar tend\u00eancias dos setores em que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 presente e refor\u00e7ar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o com parceiros e clientes.<\/p>\n

Lu\u00eds Zamith grew up close to the reality of the company founded by his grandfather. Long before holding any formal role, he was already familiar with the environment of Ruy de Lacerda, starting from the warehouse floor. At around 15 years old, he began helping to prepare orders and assist with deliveries, experiencing first-hand the daily rhythm of a company that works closely with industry.<\/p>\n

Through this direct contact with the day-to-day work, he began to understand how every detail contributes to the functioning of a business and how the daily effort of each person plays a part in the final result.<\/p>\n

Education and strategic vision<\/strong><\/p>\n

Later, he decided to deepen his knowledge and enrolled at IPAM, where he completed a degree in Marketing Management. His academic training allowed him to develop a more structured view of the business world, reinforcing the importance of strategy, communication and market understanding.<\/p>\n

This stage also provided new tools to look at the company\u2019s activity with a broader perspective, aligned with the current challenges faced by the business community.<\/p>\n

A journey through different areas<\/strong><\/p>\n

After finishing his studies, he accepted the family challenge and joined the team at Ruy de Lacerda. As the founder\u2019s grandson, Lu\u00eds Zamith approached this step with a strong sense of responsibility, aiming to contribute to the continuity and evolution of a company with decades of history.<\/p>\n

His path within the organization passed through different areas. He started in business control, where he gained direct contact with internal management and the indicators that guide the company\u2019s activity. He then moved to the commercial area, an experience that allowed him to deepen his understanding of clients, partners and the dynamics of the markets in which the company operates.<\/p>\n

Later, he dedicated himself to the company\u2019s communication and institutional presence. It is in this area that Lu\u00eds Zamith says he feels particularly at ease, finding a way to combine knowledge of the business with the ability to communicate the identity and positioning of Ruy de Lacerda.<\/p>\n

Today, an important part of his work involves following the company\u2019s activity, communicating projects, monitoring trends in the sectors where the organization operates and strengthening relationships with partners and clients.<\/p>\n
