For drying UV inks solvent-based or water-based, Comec Italia has designed the UV 300 ULTRAVIOLET dryer. It is a high-quality and compact system equipped with a black Teflon-coated conveyor belt with adjustable speed up to 18 m/min, allowing the curing of inks that require up to 2000 mJ/cm².

The tunnel has a standard height clearance for objects up to 15 cm, but this can be customised to meet customer requirements.
The unit uses a mercury lamp with up to 300 WPI power, featuring adjustable height.

It is also equipped with independent wheels for easy positioning and a suction fan that can be connected to exhaust filtering devices present in the workspace.

With simple controls, it is possible to adjust lamp power and intensity and check lamp lifetime.
