🧱 Tudo começou com o Sr. Dias (o Pai Dias), que entrou na empresa num tempo em que os processos eram mais manuais, o papel mais artesanal e as máquinas menos automáticas, mas a dedicação era total. Com o seu profissionalismo, rigor e espírito de entreajuda, deixou uma marca forte na nossa equipa.
🔧 O seu filho, Anibal Dias seguiu-lhe os passos. Com a mesma seriedade, mas já num contexto de modernização industrial, soube crescer connosco e adaptar-se às mudanças. Representa a ponte entre o passado e o presente da nossa história.
👨💼 E agora é o neto, André, que continua o percurso, com novos conhecimentos, novas ferramentas e uma energia própria das gerações que já nasceram em ambientes digitais e industriais de alta performance.

🧱 It all began with Mr. Dias (known as “Pai Dias”), who joined the company at a time when processes were manual, paper was more artisanal, and machines were far less automated, but dedication was absolute. With professionalism, discipline, and a spirit of teamwork, he left a lasting impact on our team.
🔧 His son, Aníbal Dias, followed in his footsteps. With the same commitment, but already in a context of industrial modernization, he grew with us and embraced the changes. He represents the bridge between our past and present.
👨💼 And now, the grandson, André, continues the path, bringing fresh knowledge, new tools, and the energy of a generation born into digital and high-performance industrial environments.
