Na Ruy de Lacerda, o Natal é sempre um regresso às nossas raízes e um olhar sereno para o futuro. Todos os anos fazemos uma pausa na intensidade dos projetos, das viagens e das decisões que nos ocupam, para celebrarmos aquilo que realmente sustenta esta casa: as pessoas. 🤝
O tradicional almoço de Natal no Cricket 🏏, realizado no passado dia 05 de dezembro, voltou a reunir-nos num daqueles momentos que ficam na memória. Entre reencontros, conversas que só acontecem quando o tempo abranda e histórias que revisitam o caminho percorrido, sentimos mais uma vez a força daquilo que construímos juntos.
E como sempre, havia ali algo maior do que o próprio convívio. Há um legado que nos acompanha e que fazemos questão de transportar: o legado de Ruy de Lacerda. O seu nome continua a surgir todos os dias, quase sem darmos conta. Está presente numa decisão técnica, numa reflexão estratégica ou num simples comentário de corredor. O rigor, a proximidade e a determinação que ele deixou continuam a ser bússolas que orientam cada área da empresa.
Por isso, este almoço foi mais do que uma celebração. Foi um momento de reflexão ✨, de reconhecimento pelo empenho de cada colaborador e pela resiliência coletiva que marcou mais um ano de trabalho. At Ruy de Lacerda, Christmas is always a return to our roots and a calm look toward the future. Every year, we pause the intensity of projects, travel and daily decisions to celebrate what truly sustains this company: its people. 🤝
Our traditional Christmas lunch at Cricket 🏏, held on December 5th, once again brought us together for one of those moments that stay with us. Between warm reunions, conversations that only happen when time slows down, and stories that revisit the path we have walked, we were reminded of the strength of what we continue to build together.
And, as always, there was something greater present in the room. There is a legacy we carry and proudly choose to uphold: the legacy of our founder, Ruy de Lacerda. His name still comes up every single day, often without us even noticing. It appears in a technical decision, a strategic reflection, or a quick comment in the hallway. The rigor, proximity and determination he instilled remain guiding principles in every area of the company.
This lunch was therefore more than a celebration. It was a moment of reflection ✨, of recognition for the dedication of every team member and for the collective resilience that marked another year of work. But it was also a moment of joy and lightness 😄, because celebrating together is part of the identity we have carried for decades.
