During production, this can lead to significant dynamic feeding errors after unwinding and difficulties in detecting the guiding line under stop-and-go operation. Erhardt+Leimer provides convincing solutions for this application. Our winding station control stands out for its highly dynamic performance, even at high production speeds. The synchronizable color line sensor reliably detects not only lateral deviations from the guiding line but, with the appropriate accessory, also longitudinal register deviations during stop-and-go operation.
